Thrifting

Lately, I've been going through this thrifting phase and actually have came across some awesome finds. I tend be attracted to things that just scream out hey I'm old, worn out, and have been used so many times that my tags are practically see through. You can't really call something vintage unless it's more than a decade old. I mean come on it's like saying your pink power ranger costume that you wore when you were eight years old is vintage, NOOOO. Anyways I've been picking up weird paisley print button ups that look like someone from the 70's threw up on. Apparently I have been pretty lazy to post pictures, but I will soon. You really do not know what you'll find at thrift stores, so I guess I'll have designated days where I'll do some thrifting and post my cool finds. Except for today because I'm lazy, I have school work to do, and oh did I forget to mention that I'm lazy? I think coffee is much needed as of right now. Stay tuned because I will be posting those pictures soon enough...

Black

There's something about black that can make any woman feel sexy, mysterious, and even a little bad ass. Nonetheless, black has made such a staple in fashion and it's not even considered as a color, but as an entity of it's own.

I simply had to post this McQueen gown, though it is not black I just couldn't help myself. It is definitely something you can not ignore!

Balmain Resort 2012

Lately I have been highly obsessed with the immaculate prints used by Balmain. Nothing loud or overdone, just perfectly put together with solids and definitely wearable. I wouldn't mind owning a few pieces for myself. =)

New York

Living in New York has been such a privilege. My two week excursion turned into a permanent residency, New York has taken me 3 1/2 years strong. There is no other place with so much diversity in one concentrated area.
